To introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith
For middle school and high school students at the Cornerstone schools, the centerpiece of our Christ-centered enrichment efforts is Young Life. Young Life is a 75-year old, relationally-based ministry that goes after and seeks to serves kids “on their turf.” Through authentic relationships, the gospel takes on the personal and approachable aspects needed to resonate with disillusioned youth or those disengaged with church.
Nationally, Young Life operates in all 50 states and partners with over 6,000 schools and community centers. Cornerstone is now part of that number, with Bible Study and/or Club currently available at three of our five schools; in time, these programs will be accessible to students at all Cornerstone campuses.
Young Life Club
High energy, interactive, co-ed after school gathering filled with fun, games, food, group building activities, and a short gospel-centered message on the person of Jesus.
The aim is for this to be the highlight of the week for our middle school and high school friends.
